You can find Scratch Kitchen conveniently in the heart of Salem on bustling Derby St. Since our first month, Chef William’s willingness to work with us and connect directly with our farmers and be apart of their passions has been obvious.  We knew we had him hooked once seeing his face after he had tried Clover Luck Farm’s pork chops.

It seems like we can never manage to be the first ones to get into Scratch Kitchen when going to talk to Chef William, and customers are just as excited to eat there as we are to work with them.
